Honey garlic glazed salmon is a simple yet flavorful dish where rich Scottish salmon meets the perfect balance of sweet and savory with Locally Seasoned’s Honey Garlic Chutney. It’s a love story worth experiencing. It comes together in under 20 minutes but tastes like it took hours. Quick, delicious, and satisfying—this is a go-to meal for busy nights or special occasions. Serves 4 to 6.

WHAT
- 1 1/2 lb Scottish Salmon tail (alternately you could use four to six Scottish salmon filets, 6 oz each)
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Locally Seasoned YORK Blend
- 1 tsp Locally Seasoned Garlic CITRUS Blend
- 3 TBSP butter
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1/2 cup Locally Seasoned Honey Garlic Chutney
- 3 TBSP water
- 1 TBSP Sriracha sauce (optional)
- 2 TBSP lemon juice
- 2 tsp fresh parsley, minced for garnish (optional)
HOW
1. Mix spices for your honey garlic glazed salmon together in a small bowl and set aside.
2. Pat salmon dry with a paper towel. Then season all over with the spice mix. Set aside.
3. IMPORTANT: Adjust oven rack to middle position, then preheat broiler. If you broil this with the rack up high the sauce will burn.
4. Add butter and oil to a large, oven-safe skillet over MED-HIGH heat.

5. Once butter is melted, add Honey Garlic Chutney, water, sriracha and lemon juice and whisk for 20-30 seconds until heated through.
6. Add salmon, skin side down (if using salmon with skin), and cook 3 minutes. While salmon cooks, baste frequently with sauce from the pan by spooning it over the top of the salmon.

7. Broil salmon for 5-6 minutes, basting with sauce once during the broil, until salmon is caramelized and cooked to desired doneness.
8. Garnish with minced parsley if desired.
