We include a packing slip which does not contain any dollar amounts. Your receipt is sent when you purchase the items.

Since Locally Seasoned products are edible and perishable, no refunds will be given for any reason. Shipping & handling fees are also non-refundable.

If your Locally Seasoned product should arrive damaged, we will work with you to replace the damaged items. Email us at info@locallyseasoned.net within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please include good photos of damaged items and we will respond promptly.

Packages returned to Locally Seasoned because of incorrect shipping information will be refunded minus shipping & handling fees. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or if it has been tracked as delivered.

Orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days. Please allow 7 to 10 days for your order to arrive. Due to package size, we do not ship to Post Office Boxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Locally Seasoned chutneys and pickled items will last up to 60 days in the refrigerator after opening.

How long do Locally Seasoned chutneys last after opening?

All our products are handcrafted in small batches and made from fresh ingredient. At times suppliers and strength of the ingredients themselves can vary. Stirring your chutneys before serving helps with any separation. It is natural to have some differences between batches. As we grow we are committed to bringing you consistently delicious artisanal gourmet pantry products.

I purchased the same product but it looks and tastes a little different.

It's important to know that Locally Seasoned products are not produced in an allergen free kitchen. Our facility may also contain fish, shellfish, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, soy, gluten and dairy.

Duplication of Locally Seasoned recipes, posts or photographs is strictly prohibited unless we give you written permission. But if you ask, we just might say yes.
