YORK blend Recipes
GRILLED STEAK
serves 2 to 4
*2 8-12 oz steaks or 1 16-18 oz steak
*2 to 3 TBSP oil of your choice
*Locally Seasoned YORK Blend packet
*Follow cooking directions below.

*2 8-12 oz steaks or 1 16-18 oz steak
*2 to 3 TBSP oil of your choice
*2 to 3 TBSP Locally Seasoned YORK Blend seasoning
*Follow cooking directions below.
*Prepare your grill then preheat to 450°F.
*In a small bowl, mix oil and Locally Seasoned YORK Blend.
*Slather mixture on all sides of your steak. Be sure to get all sides.
*Cover and allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour as you are bringing your steak to room temperature. Or cover tightly and refrigerate to marinate overnight. You still pull the steak from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature for 1 to 2 hours before cooking.
*Once your grill is ready, place steak on the grates and grill for 4 to 5 minutes per side (depending on thickness and desired doneness.)
*Pull off of the grill and onto a plate. Allow to rest, loosely covered with foil, for about 10 minutes before eating.
*YORK Blend is also great on grilled fish and vegetables too! Happy eating!

kosher salt; dried garlic; smoked paprika; cumin; coriander; black pepper

ROASTED VEGETABLES
*Preheat oven to 400°F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
*Chop your vegetables to about 1 inch or less. Some vegetables like carrots or sweet potatoes can be sliced thinner, about 1/4 to 1/3 inch slices.
*Place vegetables in a medium sized bowl. Drizzle with oil and Locally Seasoned YORK Blend seasoning.
*Toss well to coat all of the vegetables. Spread on baking sheet in an even layer.
*Roast in oven for 20-22 minutes. Test by sticking a fork into the center of the largest piece. If there is resistance or it's not cooked to the center, put it back in the oven for another 5 to 6 minutes.
*Serve over rice or as a side with your favorite meal. Happy eating!
